Why I Love Being at Home?

Hi all!

Welcome back.... to myself (-_-)"

After a while.. now i'm being at home. Feeling ssooooooo WAHM. wallaweii! actually, I am jobless right now. Do you still remember that one of my wish for this year? (well, i just assume that there are so many readers out there that read every pieces of my words. =p)

Ok. Currently, I am trying hard to finish up my master thesis. Do pray for me, all. And... The best part is....... My home is my office right now.. Feel so free doing anything I want. Do the chores, do the laundry, cooking for the family.. etc.. etc..

The most thing that i love about being at home is, I can cook and eat in small portion of healthy foods! When hungry hunters me, just open the fridge and choose the ingredients for healthy menu. Handmade and homemade. yuhuuuuu... What a bless!



Right now, i just feel like to be home forever! To be a housewife, exactly. But! There is still "but" here. I am gonna be bored if i do not have anything to do. For now, because of the thesis really make me headache, so, i can put away the bored part. When all this ended, i still want to employ again.. huhuu

Getting married? Yay or Nay? ^_~

Assalamu'laikum everybody.

How's your day? Me, great.. =)


Actually, i'm writing this because one of my best buddies is getting married. She's so cool without any list and preparation doing yet. Her W-Day just around the corner. about 2 to 3 months from now! That makes me as an ex-bride-to-be getting sooooooo nervous about her big day.. Oh man! It just like i'm getting into the wedding ceremony again! *sigh*

I Want to Be SLIM BACK!

Hello, happy Thursday. How's your day?

*sigh*

Starting my blog writing with a sigh.. WHY????

Because almost all of my outfits getting smaller.. Err... actually me who is getting bigger.. huhuhuhu TT__TT

So, i've 3 solutions about this matter..

#1. Buy new outfits that fit my current size. But, it cost me a lot of moneyyyyyy! If i were rich, the this option is absolutely my choice! Anyone would like to give me a shopping spree voucher for FREE? C'mon!

#2. Buy slimming products! The gels, the capsules, the powder, the tea the so on, so on.... Do you realize that the slimming products always cost you alot. But, they never give you a promising result that your "slim" figure will last forever... Plus the side effects and so on! Huuuuu... not my choice at all.

#3. Put on your sport shoes, get your butt off and run! Of course my shoe size does not change! And it cost absolutely FREE! Do aerobics at home with son. Do my house chores with no complaints (it seems like i always nagging by doing those chores. hahaha). Wash your car by myself (can save RM10 per visit. hmmm). And...and..and... Window Shopping! Only window shopping. Bring a small amount of money, go to big mall and walk around the place. Easy said than done. because women are always women. Women and shopping are always best friend.. Hewhew..

So, guys. Which one do you prefer more? I always want to choose #3 but I know that I'm not that diligent to do so.. Hurmmm... I love to look slimmer. I love my old outfits too..

New Resolutions. Anyone??

Assalamu'alaikum..

How are you today? It's already November! Time flies so fast. Even me myself has not realize it..

Tomorrow is the new year for Muslim around the world. MUHARRAM is the 1st month in Hijri calendar. So guys, do you have any new resolution, new targets ad new dreams to achive? Me as well...  I do list down my new resolutions every hijri year.. and will review them every month on 1st..

My main target for the upcoming years:

1] Completing my master degree. *sigh*. I realy envy to those completed their master and graduated together. But my envious is in a good way. I hope this can make me more motivated to complete mine. Huhu

2] I want to start my own small business. Yeah. Small business before it grows bigger later. For now, i have sell cakes for any occasion. The next, i want to sell something that i like, and i consume for myself. Anyone go for Shaklee suppliments? =)

3] I want to improve my financial education, so that I can do my financial planning greatly. It is no use to have a lot of money but you know zero about how to manage your wealthy.. Right?

Hmm.. I got some more but they are too personal to share with. Do yours too. At the end of the year, you'll see whether you've accomplished your goals or not. Do dreams guys. Dream big then you will achieve bigger. Believe me. Don't forget to pray to Allah. HE is the best helper.

After a long "vacation", here I am...

*sigh*

Now, my mood to write in a blog is coming again.. Yeah, for my self motivation. For knowledge sharing (actually C&P something i got somewhere, so i can reread whenever i want without "googling" it.. Very lazy me. Ahaks!)..

Ok. for today, i want to share about  BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS... Check it out!

1. No Breakfast - People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level.This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration. 

2 . Overeating - It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power. 

3. Smoking - It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

4. High Sugar - consumption Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development. 

5. Air Pollution - The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our 20 body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.  

6. Sleep Deprivation -  Sleep allows our brain to rest.. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.. 

7. Head covered while sleeping - Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects. 

8. Working your brain during illness - Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain. 

9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts - Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage. 

10. Talking Rarely Intellectual conversations - will promote the efficiency of the brain
